Room charges are subject to 3% city tax.

Room charges do not include breakfast or meals.

• It is not allowed to cook in the room, in the balcony or on the walkway.

• It is allowed to cook only in the kitchenette or at the grill house.

• it is not allowed to feed the dogs.

• It is not allowed to litter. Food and other waste must be thrown away in the dedicated large garbage bins with lid kept always closed. 

 

Confirmation of reservations is subject to  a prepayment of the total accommodation charges.

 

Prepayments non-refundable but are transferable with advance notice. Refunds are applied only in case of force majeure. 

 

Prepayments can be made by cash transfer (via Palawan Remittance Center); GCASH, bank transfer  or PayPal with an additional of 4.5% service fee.

 

Additional fee payable per person at the time of check-in of php 100 for foreign tourists and php 50 for Filipino guests as part of the environment program directed by Sipalay City Negros Occidental.
